5 Year Warranty
Warranties:
- The product comes with a 5-year warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termite and borer issues.
This limited warranty does not apply to:
- Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process
- Damages caused by the incorrect installation/use of a product
- Cracks during the random displacement
- Product kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood
- With time, solid woods are encountered by minor cracks, called as checks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of a product.
- As per the industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels. In that case, there will be no warranty.
- There is no warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.

Return & Replacement Policy
- Our company operates on a strict no-refund policy for all products sold. However, if there is a product mismatch, damage, or wrong delivery, you are eligible for a return process.
- Please note that the product can only be replaced before the assembly service. Once the product has been assembled, we will not accept any replacement requests.
- During the return process, the product will be picked up from the same location it was originally delivered to.
- Once the returned product reaches our facility, we will dispatch the replacement product within 2-3 days.
- If you wish to receive a refund instead of a replacement, even if the product is replaceable, a re-stocking fee of 25% of the order value will be deducted.

Recently purchased a couple of Stan Sofa single seaters. The entire experience was a very pleasant one. Felt that the staff went the extra mile to ensure that we had no open questions and we were very comfortable with the purchase. To the extent that when we asked for additional candid snaps/video of the furniture to visualize how it looks like in actual setup, they had no hesitation is sending us the required snaps. They were very open to the idea of any customisations that we might have had. The packing was spot on with the sofas being delivered in perfect condition. We were also kept appraised of the status of the delivery (it was delivered to Bangalore) during the transit.
Coming to the actual sofa, it was very much as we expected. Great finish and looks the same as the website :-) Would definitely recommend.

Delivery:
- Our support and delivery team will be in coordination with you for a hassle-free product delivery process.
- Once the order has reached your nearest delivery centre and you fail to receive the products or in case of a missed delivery, (from a customer)/ an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later delivery.
- Delivery charges/rates are fixed by our delivery partners and are applicable for all our products unless otherwise specified by the AHD.
Installation:
- Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.
- If The Delivery Condition Is:
- Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully assembled and ready to use.
- Knocked-down – expert assistance is required, for which Antique Home Decor will provide a service person to carry out proper installation and assembly.
- Basic assembly/DIY – the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance is required.
International Delivery
- For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
- Orders are shipped within 8+ days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
- Antique Home Decor is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8+ days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
